Terms and Conditions

  1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the competition terms and conditions of entry
  2. Entry is open to Australian Citizens except employees (and their immediate families) of the promoter, and their associated companies or agencies
  3. To enter: Purchase any Billy Tea promotion pack and register on line at www.billypoints.com.au
  4. Promotion commences on Monday 01/09/08. Entries close 5:00pm 30/4/09 (Please note this closing date has been extended from the original closing date of 31/12/08)
  5. A draw will take place at 11:00am on 05/05/09 at Hive, Unit 10, 10-12 George Street, Leichhardt, and NSW 2040
  6. The first valid entry drawn from all entries received will win a trip for 4 for 7 nights stay in Kakadu. The total value of the holiday plus the spending money is a maximum of $5000
  7. Total maximum value of all prizes is $5000
  8. The winner will be notified by email. The name of the winner of the trip will be posted on www.billypoints.com.au on Thursday 7th of May 2009.
  9. The promoter is Tetley, 16, Yarra Street, South Yarra, Vic, 3141, ABN 47 003 450 922
  10. Value of trip will vary depending on the winners departing capital city. The maximum value of the holiday is $5,000
  11. Holidays must be taken within 12 months of the date of the competition draw and a minimum 60 days notice must be given when booking
  12. Holidays can be taken at any time of the year apart from July
  13. Meals, insurance and transport to and from departure points are responsibility of the winner
  14. If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian
  15. Prizes must be taken as offered and are not transferable or redeemable for cash
  16. The decision of the judge is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into
  17. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect /consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered/sustained as a result of taking a prize, except for any liability, which cannot be excluded by law
  18. The promoter may conduct further draws at the same place as the original draw as are necessary at 10.00am on 11 August 2009 in order to distribute any prize unclaimed by that date subject however, to any written directions given under Reg 37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulation, 1993 (SA)
  19. The holiday package will consist of:
    • 7 nights in the Mantra Pandanas in Darwin (or equivalent quality hotel 4 star hotel depending on availability) for 4 people twin share. Price based on a City View room at the Mantra Pandanas
    • Economy flights for 4 from state capital to Darwin, with on-day flight times decided to coincide with median flight price for the day
    • Shuttles to and from Darwin airport and hotel
    • 2 excursions. Excursions priced into package are the Jumping Crocodile Cruise on the Adelaide River and a day trip to the Catherine Gorge and Edith Falls. Competition winners may alter tours provided their choice does not exceed the value of these original tours
